Project objectives:
- General objective: promote a high-level of quality and sustainable employment, guarantee adequate and decent social protection, defect long-term unemployment and fight against poverty and social exclusion.
- Specific objectives:
- Increase the accessibility, transparency and quality of information referring to the terms and conditions of work and / or administrative requirements to be respected, and / or existing practices in the Member States to monitor and strengthen the provisions of the Directives on the posting of workers mainly developing an online platform.
- Equalize, standardize the transparency and the information system of labor law between Member States.
- Reduce the effects of social dumping and law shopping by raising awareness of the posting in the EU and involving the social partners.
- Creation of a network of public and private subjects sensitive to the posting problem.
Role in the project:
- Participation to project meetings,
- Organisation of 1 co-creation event with stakeholders engagement,
- Development and analysis of 3 case studies,
- Elaboration of Informative fiche on posting of workers for more than one EU Member State,
- Feeding online platform,
- General dissemination task on project results and online platform to interested final beneficiaries.
