The National Science Center invites scientific entities to submit offers to set up Dioscuri Centers within their organizational structures.

The announcing institution: National Science Center with the Max Planck Society
Subject of the call: Centers of Scientific Excellence Dioscuri will be created by scientists selected within international calls for proposal. The call to create the Dioscuri Centers in Poland will be announced in December and settled in 2019. Before the Dioscuri call announcement, National Science Centre invites Polish research institutions to provide declarations of commitment as potential future Host Institutions in the framework of Dioscuri.

Internal regulations of the Jagiellonian University:
In accordance with the Jagiellonian University Rector’s Directive No. 56 on July 11, 2016 on the rules of procedure for the preparation and implementation at the JU of projects financed from external sources, researchers interested in participating in the call should submit to the CAWP:
- until October 24, 2018, a draft application sent in a PDF file to the address of the CAWP call supervisor;
- until October 26, 2018 the final version of the application in one copy together with the required documents, i.e .:
- a printed and signed project registration form
Deadlines for submitting applications by scientists interested in running the Center of Scientific Excellence in Poland will be announced in the form of the JU Vice-Rector’s announcement, after the National Science Center publishes the Dioscuri call for proposals.
