Subject of the competition:

The call is dedicated to institutions with a network character consisting of research organisations. 
Prospective entrants in the call are projects implemented in a consortium with an entity belonging to a network research organisation as the project consortium leader. The project is implemented by at least two entities belonging to the same network research organisation.

The network research organisation carries out primary research and development activities directed at supporting the economic and scientific policy of the state. The organisation has common objectives, development plans and strategies, and one of its bodies, designated in the legal act governing the organisation, has supervisory powers over the constituent entities of the organisation. The network research organisation operates on the basis of internal collaborative structures pursuing the objectives set by its bodies.

The consortium project created by the Consortium Leader may include:
1) a scientific institute of the Polish Academy of Sciences,
2) research institute,
3) international scientific institute,
4) Łukasiewicz Centre,
5) institute operating within the Łukasiewicz Research Network,
6) public university,
7) another entity conducting mainly scientific activity in an independent and continuous manner, as referred to in Article 7.1.8 of the Act of 20 July 2018, Law on Higher Education and Science (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 742 as amended) being an organisation conducting research and disseminating knowledge within the meaning of Article 2.83 of Commission Regulation (EU) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain types of aid compatible with the internal result in application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ L 187, 26.6.2014, p.1, as amended).

The call is open to a group of entities consisting of those referred to in points 1) to 7) acting as a consortium.


The call is open until 29 July 2024, 4:00 p.m.

Scope of support: development of public research infrastructure as well as development of competences of scientific personnel in the area of use of this infrastructure for the benefit of enterprises, commercialisation of research results, technology transfer and innovation management.

One of the basic conditions is to ensure effective access for companies and other stakeholders to the supported research infrastructure on a transparent and non-discriminatory basis.

LEVEL OF FUNDING:
The funding level for the non-economic part is up to 100% of the eligible costs.
The public aid intensity for the economic part does not exceed 50% of the eligible costs.
