3) Health and Active Lifestyle
4) Art and Culture
5) Democratic Values and Civic Virtues
6) Practical Competences and Entrepreneurship

The call for proposals is open by 15 June 2023, 12:00.

  • Any legal entity from the Visegrad Group countries (excluding state administration institutions and natural persons) may participate in the call, yet, each project must involve mobility of young people (12–30-year-old) from at least two V4 countries.
  • In the case of cross-border exchange, the countries that can participate in the project (apart from the two V4 countries) are:  Austria, Germany, and Ukraine.
  • JU units (e.g. Faculties) decide on the subject scope of the proposal, with the reservation that under the V4 Gen Mini-grant one JU unit may submit only one proposal in the capacity of Leader, provided that the JU unit is not currently carrying out a project financed from the  V4 Gen mini-Grants programme.
  • The above limitation does not apply to submitting proposals in the capacity of Partner.

The funding may cover 100% of the project’s budget. Indirect costs may not exceed 15% of the project’s overall cost. At the same time, the Fund encourages the unit implementing the project to share the expenses.

Project duration:
